Situation of athletes Cauan Emanuel, Francisco Dyogo and Jhonata Ventura
By Flamengo Communication - inClube de Regatas do Flamengo reports that athletes Cauan Emanuel and Francisco Dyogo are in stable condition at Hospital Vitória, both awake and conscious. The boys have some airway injuries due to smoke inhalation and bruises on their bodies and remain under observation, being admitted to the ICU from today to tomorrow, Saturday (9). Flamengo's head of medical department, Dr. Márcio Tannure, and Vitória's cardiologist, responsible for the athletes' hospitalization, Dr. Fernando Bassan, are monitoring the situation's evolution.
Athlete Jhonata Ventura is hospitalized at Pedro II Municipal Hospital in serious condition. He was hit in the face, upper limbs, and hands, and has burns over 30% of his body. Flamengo doctors, Drs. Luiz Baldi and Gustavo Dutra, are monitoring Jhonata's condition, as he is being cared for by the specialized team at the Burn Treatment Center.
