Last Sunday (18), the kids from Mengão's under-11 and under-12 football teams made their debut in the Metropolitan Championship.
The U-11 boys easily defeated União in Gávea, defeating their opponents 8-0. Biro-Biro scored the first goal of the game. Nathan extended the lead, followed by Renan, Pajé, Henrisson, Anderson, Kayky, and Guilherme.
In the under-12 division, the Greatest in the World drew 2-2 with União. Regis and Pedro scored for the Red-Blacks. The matches were valid for the second round of the tournament, as the matches against Portuguesa were postponed until the 12th.
