It's not just Flamengo's junior team that will face São Paulo in the quarterfinals this week. While the under-20s take to the field for the Copinha this Wednesday (January 20th), the under-15s will also meet São Paulo the day before (January 20.01th) at 19.01 pm, in the Copa Brasil de Futebol Infantil, fighting for a place in the tournament's semifinals. The Domenico Paolo Metidieri stadium will be the stage for the young Flamengo players to continue their quest for the title in the city of Votorantim. After 24 matches played in the group stage, in addition to Flamengo and São Paulo, Botafogo, Coritiba, Cruzeiro, Internacional, Palmeiras and Sport are still fighting for the trophy.

In the knockout stage, matches that end in a draw after regulation time (which in this tournament consists of two 30-minute halves) will be decided by a penalty shootout, without extra time.
