In the second game, the U-17 team was defeated 4-1. Lorran scored the only goal for the red-black team. The two teams return to the field next Saturday (7), when they face Resende, in Gávea, in the last round of the first phase of the tournament.

U-15s start the morning with a 1-0 victory over Vasco
Under coach Leonardo Cherede, Mengão's U-15 team took the field first and began the match looking to attack. As the first half progressed, Vasco began to attack more dangerously, forcing goalkeeper Léo Nannetti to make some great saves. The teams went into halftime scoreless.
The Boys of the Nest came back more attacking, and in the sixth minute, David headed dangerously, forcing the Cruzmaltino goalkeeper to make a good save. In the 30th minute, Mengão opened the scoring at Gávea! Italo lifted a free kick into the box, and João Victor headed it in to score his first goal of the competition and seal the red-and-black victory in the derby: 1-0.
