U-15 and U-17 defeat Tigres do Brasil in the Rio Cup

On Saturday morning (17), the U-15 and U-17 teams took to the field for the Taça Rio, the second round of the Campeonato Carioca, and did well. The U-15 boys beat Tigres do Brasil 1-0, with a goal from João Vitor Alves, in Xerém, and remain in the lead of the second round with 21 points, three ahead of the second-placed team. The U-17 team defeated Tigres 3-0, with two from Lincoln and one from Pablo Sampaio, also in Xerém, and remains in second place in the tournament with 19 points.

In the next round, Saturday (24), the Under-15 boys from Mais Querido face Fluminense, at 9 am, in Gávea. The Under-17 also faces Fluminense, for the lead, in Gávea, at 11 am.
