Flamengo's Under-17 category embarks this Thursday (28) for the United States, where it will compete in the Generation Adidas Cup. The team led by Filipr Luís will play for the second championship of the competition, which will be held in Bradenton, Florida.

Mengão is one of three South American teams in the competition, which features teams from Mexico, Europe, and Asia, as well as 30 Major League Soccer (MLS) teams. Flamengo's group, Group D, features Atlanta Unifed, Portland Timbers, and Saint Louis City SC. The debut will be next Saturday (30) against the Atlanta team, at 14 pm (local time).
