U-17 is runner-up in the BH Cup

Flamengo's U-17 team showed great football throughout the Taça BH, and came very close to winning the competition title for the fourth time in its history. In the final against São Paulo played on Thursday night (27) at Arena Independência, the Garotos do Ninho opened the scoring in the 25th minute with top scorer Vitor Ricardo, after a beautiful pass from Marx, and had chances to extend their lead.

The second half started evenly, but in the 9th minute, São Paulo equalized. After a play by Helinho, Brenner leveled the score. The Red-Blacks felt the draw and suffered the comeback with goals in the 14th and 23rd minutes. In the end, the São Paulo team won 3-1.
