Under-17s have four players called up to train with the National Team

Flamengo has had four players called up for a training period with the Brazilian U-17 national team in Itu, ahead of the U-17 World Cup. Gabriel Batista (goalkeeper), Matheus Thuler (defender), Hugo (defensive midfielder), and Patrick (midfielder) will have the chance to train with the national team between May 11th and 16th. The Mais Querido, along with São Paulo, was the club with the most players selected for the period.

In the under-20s, the red-and-blacks Jajá and Jorge were called up for the category's World Cup, which takes place in New Zealand between May 30 and June 20. The Brazilian team defends the title, seeking its sixth championship.
