Flamengo drew 05.04-2 with Fluminense in the preliminary round of the derby this Sunday (2). Jajá scored twice: in the 16th minute with a free kick and in the 31st minute with a penalty kick. The referee awarded the penalty after Nathan made a great play and was fouled in the box. Matheus Pato scored for the Tricolor. The draw at Maracanã maintained the red-and-black team's 21-game unbeaten streak.
"The first half was good because we controlled the game and managed to get ahead. But then we ended up giving up the equalizer. We have to go out there and win the next game," Jajá declared. The midfielder also revealed that he took the penalty "because I was confident," replacing Cafu.
