Now, the focus turns to the Otávio Pinto Guimarães Tournament (OPG). Flamengo's U-20 team, the biggest champion with nine titles, makes its competition debut on the 13th against Audax Rio in Gávea.

Flamengo entered the field as expected, a feisty and feisty team, fighting for every ball and putting pressure on their opponents. Throughout the first half, coach Marcio Torres' team managed 11 shots.

The one-sided play was repeated in the second half. Flamengo dominated every tackle, and the visiting team, not only failed to exchange passes, but also lost most of the ball. In the 18th minute, Flamengo was putting pressure on Leão as best they could, and after a back-and-forth in the box, the ball fell to defender Patrick, who nearly scored with a sliding tackle.

Flamengo didn't give up and always came forward with a lot of danger. In the 36th minute, Bill received the ball inside the box and shot hard, but the opposing goalkeeper made an incredible save, preventing what could have been Mengão's second.

Time was running out, and the Ninho Boys were on the attack. And that's how the second goal came. After a corner kick from the left, the ball was deflected, leaving Henrique to head home in the 38th minute. Flamengo continued to press until, in the 40th minute, Wendel received the ball in the box and hit the post. But the 2-0 score remained until the final whistle. Despite all their determination and commitment, the first leg score proved decisive, and Flamengo was eliminated in the Brazilian Championship semifinals.
