Split between the Carioca and the Brazilian Under-20 Championship, Flamengo has been doing well in both competitions. This Sunday (12.07), the Rubro-Negro took to the field with the reserves against Fluminense, at CT Vale Laranjeiras and drew 1-1. With the result, Zé Ricardo's team secured a spot in the semifinals of the Taça Rio in advance.
Flamengo opened the scoring, but Robinho leveled the scores late in the first half. With the draw, Flamengo reached 31 points in the Rio Cup and secured the Super Classics Tournament title.
