A victory with the spirit and soul of Flamengo! After conceding two goals in the opening ten minutes of the match, the "Garotos do Ninho" (The Boys of the Nest) remained calm and showed great poise and maturity to stay in the game and pull off a comeback victory, a heroic 3-2 victory (Matheus Dantas [2] and Michael) despite playing away from home at the frigid Couto Pereira Stadium. The stunning victory guarantees first place in Group F for Flamengo, who have 12 points in five rounds and can no longer be overtaken. "Mais Querido" (The Most Beloved) will take the field next week for the derby against Fluminense just to make ends meet, while awaiting their opponent in the semifinal of the Brazilian Under-20 Championship.

Coritiba opened the scoring in the first minute of play. After a cross into the box, Yago Darub couldn't hold it, and the ball fell to Igor Jesus, who tapped it into an empty net. The home team extended their lead in the tenth minute. Igor Jesus received the ball in a dubious position and passed it to Pablo Thomaz. Unmarked, he burst into the box and shot past Yago. The reaction was swift. In the 13th minute, Vitor Ricardo took a corner kick, and after a rebound in the box, the ball fell to Dantas, who unleashed a powerful shot and scored for the third consecutive game, tying the red-and-black team's top scorer in the Brazilian Championship with Vitor Gabriel.

The equalizer came in the final play of the first half. Wendel carried the ball from the halfway line to the edge of the opponent's box and attempted a left-footed shot. The ball deflected off the defense and fell to Michael, who struck with his right foot to level the score and restore the sole lead in Group F to Mais Querido.

The pace remained the same at the start of the second half. And the turnaround was not long in coming. Six minutes into the game, Luiz Henrique took a corner kick headed by defender-scorer Matheus Dantas. He rose high and headed the ball to score the Garoto do Ninho's third goal of the game and his fifth in the competition, becoming the Rubro-Negro's sole top scorer with five goals. Coritiba threatened with a dangerous header from Igor Jesus in the 12th minute. 

In the 13th minute, Bill sped the ball down the left wing and sent a low cross. The ball crossed the entire area and found Wendel, who fired a first-time shot over the Curitiba goal. In the 30th minute, Igor Jesus headed the ball again, threatening Yago's goal, but he couldn't do anything about it. The ball went wide. In the 36th minute, Reinier stole the ball from Coritiba's breakaway and passed it to Yuri. He burst into the box and fired a powerful shot over the Paraná goal. Coxa was looking for an equalizer, and Flamengo was trying to capitalize on fast counterattacks. And so it was that the fourth goal was so close. Yuri beat his marker at speed and passed it perfectly to Rodrigo Muniz. One-on-one with the goalkeeper, he missed a great chance to kill the game, but it didn't matter. The referee blew the final whistle and the Garotos do Ninho were able to celebrate their qualification for the semi-finals of the Brazilian Under-20 Championship.
