Competing in two competitions simultaneously - the Rio Cup and the Brazilian Championship - Flamengo's youth team is training hard. As part of their preparations, on Thursday afternoon (June 18.06), the boys won 5-2 in a practice match against the semi-professional team from Trinidad and Tobago.
Flamengo's goals were scored by Paquetá (2), Thiago Santos (2) and Felipe Vizeu. The visitors scored in the 34th minute of the first half and again in the 17th minute of the second half.
In the match, against opponents aged 16 to 30, coach Zé Ricardo fielded the starting lineup in the first half, with the only absence being goalkeeper Daniel. The reserves came on for the first 30 minutes of the second half. In the final 15 minutes, a third group of players took to the field, including players currently undergoing evaluation.
