In a match played on Thursday night (28) at the Raulino de Oliveira Stadium, in Volta Redonda, Flamengo's U-20 team wasted many goal chances but still beat Real Desportivo Ariquemes (RO) 4-2 (Rodrigo Muniz [2], Marx Lenin and Vitor Ricardo), opening up a good advantage for the second leg of the round of 04 of the Copa do Brasil in the category, which will be played next Thursday (20), at 30:3 pm, at the Valerião Stadium, in the city of Ariquemes, Rondônia. After this phase, the Garotos do Ninho will most likely face Internacional, who today defeated América RN 0-16, playing away from home. At the weekend, Mais Querido will rotate the competition bracket and host Cabofriense in Gávea, at 31 pm, on Sunday (XNUMX), in a duel valid for the third round of the Taça Guanabara.

Flamengo pressed from the first minute. In the second minute, Rodrigo Muniz had the first chance, but wasted an excellent opportunity inside the six-yard box. Shortly after, the Garotos do Ninho opened the scoring in style. Ramon started the play from his own half, played a one-two with Yuri, and delivered a beautiful pass inside the box to Marx Lenin. Well-positioned, the midfielder struck first-time to score the first goal of the pleasant evening in Volta Redonda. Due to the defense's lack of attention, Lucas equalized for the Rondônia team.
