Mengão's U-9 and U-10 teams win trophies in their categories
The Ninho Boys defeated their opponents in the decisive matches of the Rio Cup. The U-10 team, having already won the GB Cup, lifted the Rio de Janeiro championship trophy.

More titles for Mengão's youth football team! Now there are 35! Last Tuesday, the U-9 and U-10 teams won the Rio Cup over Fluminense (2-0 on aggregate) and Vasco (3-1 on aggregate), respectively. The matches were held at CT das Vargens.
The Under-10 category also won the Edilson Silva Cup (referring to the Rio de Janeiro championship of the category) automatically, for having lifted the Guanabara Cup in the first half of the year.
