Rafael Santos, Kleber Augusto, and Patrick have been called up to the Brazilian U-15 national team. The athletes and 23 other boys will participate in a training period in São Paulo from September 16th to 22nd. The goal is to begin preparations for the South American Championship in the category, which will be held in November, and to better observe the young players before the final call-up.

Zé Ricardo, coach of Mais Querido's under-15 team, commented on the players' call-up to the national team. "I'm happy about it. In fact, we work hard to help the boys reach Flamengo's senior team. There are several stages, and the journey is very difficult, as there's always pressure on big teams. This was the first call-up for all three, which shows, for those who weren't called up, that they all have what it takes to be selected," he said.

The coach also spoke a little about each of the three boys. They are all 15 years old. "Rafael is a left-footed defender of good stature, speed, and technique. He will perform well for the Brazilian national team. Kleber is a very dynamic midfielder with a lot of personality and isn't afraid to take risks. And Patrick is an attacking midfielder who knows how to score. He has great quality, always looks for the goal, and has been improving significantly," he commented.

Flamengo's U-15 team is the current runner-up in the Guanabara Cup. Currently competing in the Rio Cup, the team leads Group A.
