The mystical red-black number 10 shirt is also very well represented at Flamengo/Marinha. Midfielder Bárbara, 35, is one of the highlights of Meninas da Gávea and, after creating several opportunities, scored the equalizer against Iranduba, on Thursday afternoon (15), in the final minutes of the match.

The first leg of the quarterfinals of the Brazilian Women's Football Championship (Campeonato Brasileiro de Futebol), the match against the Amazonas team, wasn't easy for the red-and-blacks. "It was a very tight game in the first half, we ended up falling short in the beginning. In the second half, we overcame ourselves and managed to equalize. Now we have to go to next Wednesday and turn this score around," said Bárbara.

In the 47th minute, the midfielder fought hard for the ball and, already on the ground, managed to beat the defenders and score the equalizer for Flamengo/Marinha. "We see the board out there with four minutes of added time and we just think about attacking and scoring goals. I had the opportunity to catch Ju's cross and, even on the ground, I managed to score," celebrated the number 10.

The next match is scheduled for Wednesday (21), at 21 pm, at Arena da Amazônia. Aiming for the decisive clash away from home, Bárbara believes that the team will need to focus on two aspects: the marking sector and increasing the accuracy of the finishes.
