Flamengo announced this Monday (8) its third reinforcement in women's football for the 2024 season. It is the attacking midfielder Naná, 27 years old, who was at São Paulo. She arrives to reinforce the red-black team for the disputes of the Super Cup, Campeonato Carioca and Brasileirão. 

A native of Cambará, Paraná, Naná began her career at Francana, São Paulo, and then moved to Audax, São Paulo, where she stayed for a year. Speedy and talented, the attacking midfielder caught the attention of Internacional and spent two seasons in Rio Grande do Sul. In the last three years with the São Paulo team, she played almost every match and was an important member of the squad. 

"I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to wear the jersey, knowing how great Flamengo is. You can be sure there will be no shortage of drive and desire to defend this giant club. I'm really looking forward to experiencing the energy of the nation up close, and I'm grateful for the opportunity. We'll pursue our goals with great dedication in 2024," she commented in an interview with the official website before leaving for Rio.
