Flamengo confirmed, on the morning of this Friday (3), its second signing in women's football for the current season. It is the left-back Chai, 29 years old, who was at Botafogo. She signed until the end of 2026 and will reinforce the group in the disputes of the Super Cup, the Brazilian Championship and the Carioca Championship.

A native of Garibaldi, Rio Grande do Sul, Chai began her career playing futsal and transitioned to the field through the Duda Luizelli academy. At 15, she joined Avaí Kinderman, excelled, and was called up to the Brazilian U-17 national team, where she won the South American championship and played in the U-XNUMX World Cup. She then played for Foz Cataratas, Vitória de Santo Antão, Pernambuco, Santos, and São Paulo before finally landing in Rio.
