In the fifth round of the Brasileirão Feminino, Flamengo thrashed Ceará 6-0 on Sunday afternoon (26), at the Presidente Vargas Stadium, in Fortaleza-CE. The goals of the Meninas da Gávea were scored by Darlene (2), Crivelari (2), Sole Jaimes and Thaisa. With the result, Rubro-Negro won the fourth consecutive victory in the competition.

The game
The Gávea Girls started the match by valuing possession in the attacking half. Just four minutes in, Mengão opened the scoring with a beautiful goal! Darlene took a skillful free kick from the edge of the box, and the ball went into the corner: 0-1.

After the goal, Ceará needed to come out more, but the Red-Blacks were giving them little space. In the 19th minute, Sole Jaimes managed to score a second goal, but the referee ruled the forward offside.

Three minutes later, the Meninas da Gávea scored a stunning goal! Crivelari received the ball at the edge of the box, noticed the goalkeeper was a little ahead, and chipped it over the bar to score a beautiful goal at Presidente Vargas: 0-2.

With the advantage, Flamengo continued to dominate possession, looking to extend their lead. In the 36th minute, Darlene took a shot from outside the box, but the ball hit the post. Crivelari attempted to put the rebound into the corner, but the goalkeeper palmed it away for a corner.

In the final stretch, Crivelari scored her second and Mengão's third! Darlene passed to Sole Jaimes, who gave a beautiful backheel pass for the top scorer to complete into the net: 0-3.

In first-half stoppage time, there was still time for a fourth! Monalisa crossed into the box and Sole Jaimes pushed it into the goal: 0-4. Mengão went into the break with complete control of the game.

In the second half, the red-and-black team managed their lead well and never relinquished their attacking momentum. Then, in the eighth minute, Darlene scored her second goal and Mengão's fifth! Duda fed the number 7 on the left, dribbling past the defender and finishing with aplomb for the goal: 0-5.

In the 18th minute, Mais Querido scored the sixth! Duda, on the left side of the box, rolled the ball into the middle, the ball deflected off the defense and fell to Thaisa, who fired a skillful shot into the goalkeeper's right corner: 0-6.

Flamengo still had opportunities to extend their lead, but the 6-0 score prevailed at Presidente Vargas. A great away win for Mengão!
