On Thursday afternoon (12), Flamengo took another big step towards qualifying for the second phase of the Brazilian Women's Under-20 Championship by beating Cresspom 5-0 at Gabriel Marques da Silva Stadium. The goals were scored by Duda Rodrigues (2), Kaylane, Maria Peck and Pimenta. With the result, the team reached 13 points and remained firm in the lead of group E. 

Despite largely dominating possession, Rubro-Negro didn't create many opportunities in the first half, struggling against the opposing team's tight marking and failing to find the net. Kaylane Júnior's best chance came from outside the box, but the ball sailed over.

The second half was a different story. Celso Silva's changes paid off, and Mais Querido opened the scoring in the seventh minute: Mariana Fernandes made a beautiful play and passed to Duda Rodrigues, who slotted it into the corner. In the 19th minute, Duda burst into the box, crossed, and Pimenta slid in: 2-0. The third came in the very next play. Mariana dribbled past two women on the left and left Kaylane in a good position to finish with precision. In the 34th minute, MF7 shone again, providing a beautiful assist for Duda Rodrigues, who tapped it in with skill: 4-0. In stoppage time, Peck converted a penalty won by Duda, making it 5-0.
