On Sunday afternoon (04), in Gávea, Flamengo/Marinha thrashed Audax-SP 4-0 in the 13th round of the Brasileirão Feminino. The Rubro-Negro's goals were scored by Rafa Barros, Ana Carla, Tuane and an own goal.

O JOGO

The Gávea Girls started the first half attacking Audax-SP. In the 3rd minute, Rafa Barros received the ball on the right side of the penalty area and unleashed a powerful shot. The ball hit the outside of the net. In the 9th minute, after a corner kick, the ball fell to Flávia, who hit the post and nearly opened the scoring for Mengão.

After so much persistence, the Mais Querido scored their first goal! Goalkeeper Kaká launched the ball into the Audax half, Flávia controlled it and gave a sweet pass to Rafa Barros, who entered the box and crossed it to open the scoring: 1-0.

After the goal, the São Paulo team tried to rally and created a few threats, but Flamengo/Marinha quickly regained control. In the 30th minute, Mengão pressed the opponent's ball out, and Aryane struck hard, but the goalkeeper made a good save. In the 41st minute, Audax-SP twice threatened, forcing Kaká to make a great save. In the last minute, Flamengo doubled the lead! Flávia sent a beautiful pass to Ana Carla, who came in unmarked and shot to make the second: 2-0.

In the second half, Audax-SP pushed forward more to try to close the gap. Mengão, in turn, continued to attack. In the 20th minute, Flamengo extended their lead with an own goal from the São Paulo team, making it 3-0. Mengão then scored the fourth through Tuane, who had just entered the match, making it 4-0. After the fourth goal, the Mais Querido still had a few opportunities to score the fifth and increase the lead. With an excellent collective performance, Flamengo/Marinha secured an important victory in the fight for qualification to the second phase of the competition.

The Mais Querido's next match will be on Sunday (11) against Palmeiras, at 15:30 pm, in São Paulo. The match is valid for the 14th round of the Brazilian Women's Championship.
