The game
The Gávea Girls started the match looking to attack and create a few scoring opportunities. Defensively, the red-and-black team gave Fluminense no space to counterattack. In the 31st minute, Mengão opened the scoring! Sorriso took a free kick into the box, and Cida headed it into the goalkeeper's left corner: 1-0.

Mengão continued to dominate possession and pressured the Tricolor, which barely threatened Gabi Croco's goal.
In the final stretch, Fluminense pushed forward more, but Flamengo remained solid on defense.
