In a classic marked by complete dominance by the red-blacks, Flamengo beat Fluminense again - this time 2-0, with goals from Leane and Brendha -, maintained their 100% record, the lead in group A and came very close to qualifying for the second phase of the Brasileirão Feminino Sub-20.

The game

In the first minute of the match, Flamengo pressed, the opposing defense made a mistake on the way out, and Leane made the most of the opportunity: 1-0. Ten minutes in, Emilly sprinted, dribbled past two opponents, and hit the post. Nicoli then headed the ball just wide. 

The dominance continued, and in the 20th minute, Emilly received a pass from Leane and delivered a beautiful pass to Brendha, who tapped it past the goalkeeper and scored the second. The goal gave the team more control, dominating the game, and heading into halftime with a solid lead.

In the second half, just three minutes in, Emilly took a free kick from distance and nearly extended the lead. In the 10th minute, Laura Mariah reached the baseline and crossed for Bruna. The right-back controlled the ball, and Emilly forced a great save from the opposing goalkeeper. On the next play, Cerqueira hit the crossbar. 

Extremely solid defensively thanks to Duda Mattos's impeccable performance, the Mais Querido had the confidence to manage the result and create danger at specific moments. In the end, a 2-0 victory and qualification for the next stage with two rounds to spare virtually guaranteed.
