The Women's Super Cup is already in the past for the Meninas da Gávea, who now focus their attention on the Copa Rio and the Brazilian Women's Championship. The CBF officially released the schedule, breaking down the first eight matches, and the Rubro-Negro will face São Paulo in the opening round, on Monday (24), at 21:30 pm, at Luso Brasileiro. This will be the club's eleventh participation in the national competition.

So far this season, Mengão has played five games, winning two, drawing two, and losing one. In total, the team has scored nine goals and conceded five. Given this record, captain Djeni stated that the team's focus is on improving and pursuing the title.

"It was disappointing not to have made it to the Super Cup final, but there's no time to regret it. We've turned the tide and are already preparing for the next challenges. We will continue working hard toward our goals. Wearing the Sacred Mantle is a huge responsibility, and the group is fully aware of that. We need to approach each match as a Brazilian Championship final. It's a tough, evenly matched tournament, and the goal is to fight for the trophy," he commented.
