Flamengo is defeated by Fluminense 1-0, but guarantees a place in the final of the Carioca Feminino
With the semi-final score at 2-1, Mais Querido will play the final in a single game against Botafogo.

On Sunday morning (12), Flamengo lost to Fluminense 1-0, but having won the first leg of the semi-final 2-0, they qualified for the grand final of the Campeonato Carioca Feminino. The duel, against Botafogo, will be played next weekend.
The game
The start of the semifinal was marked by a tight, foul-ridden game. With some attacks from the opposition, Barbara excelled and made some fine saves. Before the timeout, Jucinara took a beautiful free kick, but the ball went over. In the 31st minute, Thaisa found a beautiful pass to Darlene, who crossed into the box, but Gisseli saved it. The pressure continued, with Duda stealing the ball from the edge of the box and hitting the post. Despite the intensity, the first half ended 0-0.
In the second half, fouls continued to plague the game. After a set piece, Fluminense opened the scoring, but Mengão continued to attack. Crivelari received a long ball at the edge of the box and headed it to Darlene, who nearly equalized. Maurício Salgado's team played it safe and secured qualification. In the end, it was 1-0 to their opponents, but 2-1 on aggregate, and qualification to the final was assured.
