In a duel played at Vila Belmiro, Flamengo was defeated by São Paulo 1-0 on Wednesday afternoon (12), in the semi-final of the Women's Super Cup. With the result, Rubro-Negro was eliminated from the competition.

Flamengo started the match by controlling São Paulo's attacks, which valued possession and successfully marked the red-and-blacks' openings. Young goalkeeper Isa Cruz made important saves, blocking good shots from Camilinha, Aline Milene, and Isa. In the 33rd minute, in a beautiful counterattack, Laysa took a powerful shot, but the ball took a deflection and went wide.
