In the ninth round of the Brazilian Women's Championship, Flamengo drew 1-1 with Grêmio on Saturday afternoon (22), at CT Hélio Dourado. Mengão's goal was scored by Flávia. 

O JOGO

Flamengo created a chance within five minutes through Rafa Barros. The number 7 played a one-two with Flávia and fired over the bar. In the 22nd minute, Flávia lined up on the left and crossed to Rafa, who challenged the defender and nearly scored. In the 28th minute, Flamengo scored! Ana Carla passed to Flávia, who controlled the ball and fired a first-time shot. The ball hit the crossbar, the goalkeeper's back, and the net: 1-0.

In the 30th minute, Ana Carla fired a shot wide. A minute later, Flávia received the ball at the edge of the box and nearly scored the second. In the 37th and 40th minutes, Kaká made two spectacular saves to prevent the equalizer. The first half ended with the Mais Querido (Most Beloved) in front.

In the second half, in the third minute, Jayanne took off, burst into the penalty area, and Grêmio's goalkeeper performed a miracle. In the 30th minute, Carlinha dispossessed the ball in midfield and passed it to Rafa, who shot into the middle of the goal. In the final play, the referee awarded a penalty to the opposing team, which Maiara converted: 1-1.

Now, the Girls from Gávea will host Corinthians, on Thursday (27), at 15 pm, in Gávea.
