Flamengo/Marinha faces Iranduba at the Amazon Arena

In Manaus, the team will face Iranduba, at 16 pm, at Arena da Amazônia. The confrontation, valid for the seventh round of the Brasileirão Feminino, will be broadcast on CBFTV via MyCujoo.
With their sights set on their first win since returning, the Red-Blacks have scored 9 goals and conceded 13 so far. Training was intense this week. Coach Celso Silva, who recently took over, emphasized the importance of winning and cited the team's growth as a positive factor.
"We've come off two games with one point, so we expect to go after them. We're in an uncomfortable position and we need a result. We haven't played any official matches for a while, but I've seen progress since the pandemic. We're doing a good job, and we're confident we can get this win," he said.
Confident in the group's strong performance, Carlinha expressed calm. For the midfielder, it's time to climb the table.
"Confidence is key. We know that our recent results haven't been what we want for the year, and now we need to win. We're pushing ourselves hard, and we can be better. We're preparing, and I hope we play a great game. The goal is to return from Manaus with three points," he added.

This is Flamengo/Marinha's sixth appearance. Having played nationally since 2015, the team won the championship in 2016.
Dispute system
The tournament format is the same as in 2019. All 16 clubs face each other in a single round, with the top eight advancing. The knockout stage will feature home-and-away matches. Due to their strong finish last year, the Mais Querido will play eight matches at home and seven away.
