The 16 Women's Brazil Cup schedule was released on the 2016th. The tournament opens this Wednesday (24) and will feature 32 clubs. The competition will be played in the same format as last year, with home and away knockout matches, and the champion will secure a place in the 2017 Copa Libertadores. Away goals count as a tiebreaker. This will only be waived if the teams play in the same stadium.

Rubro-Negro debuts in the first phase against the Oratório-AP team. The duel will take place on Thursday (25), at 20:30 pm, at the Zerão stadium, in Macapá. The return match will be on the (31), at 15 pm, at Casa do Marinheiro.

The first-round matches will be played on August 24th and 31st. The next round, with 16 teams, is scheduled for September 7th and 14th. The quarterfinals will be held on September 21st and 28th. The semifinals are scheduled for October 5th and 12th. The title will be decided in matches on October 19th and 26th.

In the first and second rounds, the visiting club that wins the first leg by three goals or more will qualify for the next stage without having to play the return leg. In the semifinals, a public draw organized by the CBF will decide the matchups.
