IT'S CHAMPION! On Friday afternoon (3), Flamengo thrashed Duque de Caxias 11-0, in Gávea, and won the Guanabara Women's Cup title undefeated. The red-black goals were scored by Darlene (2), Crivelari (3), Cris, Gisseli, Duda (2), Jucinara and Ingrid. Now, the Girls from Gávea face Fluminense in the State semifinals.

The game
Just two minutes into the match, Flamengo opened the scoring at Gávea. Darlene received the ball at speed, found herself face-to-face with the goalkeeper, who made an immediate save. On the rebound, the number 7 herself put the ball into the net: 1-0.

Then, Mengão extended the lead with Crivelari, who received the ball in the box and finished on goal: 2-0. The ball barely rolled and the red-black team scored the third, again with Crivelari: 3-0. Next, Cris and Gisseli scored the fourth and fifth red-black goals, respectively: 5-0.

In the 14th minute, it was Duda's turn to score Mengão's sixth goal. The Meninas da Gávea continued to attack, looking for more. Goalkeeper Marcele, from Duque de Caxias, excelled, making important saves and preventing the score from getting even bigger.

In the 33rd minute, Rubro-Negro scored their seventh goal. Darlene passed to Jucinara in the box, and the full-back finished into the net: 7-0. The eighth goal came from Crivelari, who scored his hat trick of the match: 8-0. The first half ended with a rout for Rubro-Negro!

Two minutes into the second half, Duda scored his second goal of the game and Flamengo's ninth. The pass came from Ingrid, who came in well down the right flank and found the number 10 in the box: 9-0. With a comfortable lead, the game slowed down a bit, but the red-and-black team continued to hold possession in attack.

At 21', Daiane made a good play on the left and crossed perfectly for Ingrid, who had just come on, to score: 10-0. Eight minutes later, Darlene received the ball deep on the right and struck with class to score her second goal and Mengão's 11th.

In the final minutes, the Meninas da Gávea valued possession of the ball and left the field with the victory that guaranteed the Guanabara Cup title undefeated.
