The club's youth academy will face another challenge this week. With the core of the team that competed in the U-16 Development League last month, the club will compete in the U-17 NP Cup starting today. 

The squad arrived at Granja Comary, the venue for the games, last Sunday (28). At the opening ceremony, the draw for the qualifying phase took place. The Meninas da Gávea are in group A and will face Internacional, Santos and Corinthians.

"We've worked very hard in recent weeks and are ready for the competition. We know the importance of winning and will strive for that in every match. We want to play a great role and represent Flamengo well," said midfielder Larissa.
