This Saturday (3), Flamengo/Marinha won the Riobonitense Sports League/Bonitão by 6 to 0 and secured the fifth consecutive victory in the Rio Bonito Women's Football Championship. Playing at the Rio Bonito AC Stadium, the Most Beloved scored with Fernanda, Ana Carla, Larissa, Pâmela (twice) and Raíza.

The first half was a calm affair. Despite dominating the action, Flamengo was unable to extend its lead early, going into halftime with a 1-0 lead thanks to a goal scored by Fernanda. In the second half, Flamengo came back inspired and managed to find their feet, finding the back of the net five more times.

The result keeps the Meninas da Gávea at the top of the tournament, with 15 points and five wins in five games. Thus, the team will host the Liga de Desportos de Volta Redonda in the next phase of the State Championship. The match will be in Gávea, on Sunday (11), at 15:30 pm.

The Clube de Regatas do Flamengo women's soccer team relies on resources from its sponsors – Caixa and Avon – via the Federal Incentive Law/Ministry of Sports (IR) and the State Incentive Law/State Secretariat of Sports, Leisure and Youth (Seelje) of Rio de Janeiro.
