Flamengo/Marinha has a real decision on Wednesday night (14) at the Giulite Coutinho stadium. The team will face Avaí Kindermann, at 19:30 pm, in the final round of the qualifying phase of the Brasileirão Feminino, with broadcast by CBFTV. To advance, Mais Querido needs to win and wait for the result of the match between São Paulo and Grêmio.

With 21 points, the team remains ninth in the competition (six wins, three draws, and five losses). The only confirmed absence is left-back Dantas, who received his third yellow card against Palmeiras. Aware of the responsibility and the weight of the match, coach Celso Silva spoke about the team's motivation and made it clear that the group will fight until the end.

"What best defines the feeling for the game is the spirit of race, love, and passion that Flamengo always exudes. The commitment is naturally at its best, but today it will be even greater. We really need the victory and want to qualify. We will believe until the end. The love for the Sacred Mantle will speak louder at all times," he emphasized.

Flamengo/Marinha in the Brazilian Championship

This is Flamengo/Marinha's sixth appearance. Having played nationally since 2015, the team won the championship in 2016.

Dispute system

The tournament format is the same as in 2019. All 16 clubs face each other in a single round, with the top eight advancing. The knockout stage will feature home-and-away matches. Due to their strong finish last year, the Mais Querido will play eight matches at home and seven away.
