On Sunday morning (14), Flamengo/Marinha turned its attention to the Rio de Janeiro Women's Football Championship. The red-black team received Duque de Caxias at CEFAN, in a duel valid for the third round, and won 3-0. The goals were scored by Larissa and Raíza (twice).

The first half was difficult, but Flamengo dominated possession from start to finish. With strong attacking moves, especially on the left, Flamengo managed to press and prevent Duque de Caxias from reaching the attacking zone. In the 30th minute, Larissa received the ball and sprinted away on her own. The captain took a chance, but the goalkeeper cleared it, but the striker made no mistake, opening the scoring at 1-0.

Right after the second half, the Meninas da Gávea managed to extend their lead. In the 2nd minute, Raquel took a corner kick, and the ball fell to Raíza, who pushed it into the net. Not satisfied, the number 4 scored another. Aryane headed the ball well after a pass into the box, sending it to Raíza, who scored the third goal of the afternoon.

The next challenge will be on Saturday (20), at 15 pm, against Portuguesa-RJ at the Luso Brasileiro stadium.
