Flamengo hosted Minas Brasília in Gávea for the 7th round of the Brazilian Women's Under-20 Championship. The Girls from Gávea won 3-0 and remain in sole leadership of Group C. The red-black goals were scored by Pimenta (2) and Duda Rodrigues.

The game

The match began with the Meninas da Gávea creating plenty of chances, but without much danger. The opposing team started by giving up plenty of space, and Flamengo capitalized, but couldn't find a shot on goal. 

After a few attempts, in the 27th minute of the first half, Pimenta fired a shot in the opposing box and opened the scoring for Flamengo. In the 31st minute, Pimenta got another opportunity to extend the lead. She shot, but the ball hit the post, leaving Duda Rodrigues free to score the second goal. 

The end of the first half was more stagnant, with a few Flamengo plays and no danger to the red-and-black defense. Thaynara, a Minas Adversária defender, clashed heads with her own team's goalkeeper and had to be taken away by ambulance. About 15 minutes later, play resumed. Anna Luiza attempted a long-range shot, but the goalkeeper saved. Shortly after, the referee blew the whistle to end the first half.

The second half started with a goal. 50 seconds in, Mariana passed to Pimenta, who came face-to-face with the goalkeeper to score the third. After that, the game became more relaxed, with few attacks. It wasn't until the 24th minute that Flamengo got another great chance through Nina, who had come on in the second half, but the goalkeeper saved. The game didn't change much after that; it remained quite calm. Late in the game, in the 47th minute, Duda Rodrigues took a shot from distance, but the ball hit the crossbar. Soon after, the referee blew the final whistle, 3-0 to Flamengo.
