Flamengo wins the classic against Botafogo 2-1, in Gávea

On Saturday morning (2), Flamengo faced Botafogo in Gávea, for the first leg of the semifinals of the Campeonato Carioca Feminino, and won the match 2-1. Glaucia and Crivelari gave numbers to today's score. Now, the Meninas da Gávea will have the second leg match next week to be able to confirm their classification to the final.
The game
Flamengo started the match strongly, taking the lead early on. Glaúcia took a corner kick, Djeni headed it in, and Crivelari finished to make it 1-0 for the Meninas da Gávea. After the goal, they continued to press Botafogo's attack. Glaucia stole the ball and passed it to Cristiane, who passed it to Gisseli, who shot past the opposition.
In the 11th minute, Mengão extended their lead! Cristiane received a good pass and, with great calm and skill, crossed perfectly to Glaucia, who only had to tap it into the net.
The first half ended 2-0, with Flamengo completely dominating and a great performance by Glaucia, who scored a goal and provided an assist.
After halftime, in the sixth minute, Botafogo reduced the score to 2-1. The Meninas da Gávea tried to respond quickly. Crivelari found a beautiful pass to Cristiane, but the number XNUMX shot hit the post.
With the advantage, Flamengo controlled the match and ended up not having many dangerous chances, until Leidiane found a ball for Valéria, who shot over the bar. In the next play, Cristiane made a good run down the left, cut to her good foot, but shot wide.
The match ended 2-1, and Flamengo heads into the second leg with a one-goal lead. In the event of a draw, Botafogo will have the advantage due to its better campaign.
