In a calm and quite convincing manner, Flamengo made short work of Fluminense this Saturday afternoon (28), in a match valid for the Copa Rio Feminina Sub-20. Playing at CEFAN, Mais Querido dominated, won 3-0 and took the lead in the tournament. Yasmim Cardozo and Alice (2) scored the goals.

If there's one thing that the team led by Filipe Torres doesn't compromise on, it's its offensive DNA. Pressing hard and occupying every possible space on the field, the Flamengo women's team imposed an overwhelming rhythm and opened the scoring in the 14th minute: Ana Papel made a beautiful play and launched Yasmim Cardozo, who controlled the ball with skill and scored her first goal in the Flamengo jersey. Immediately afterwards, Yasmim had another good opportunity but was stopped by Thaina.

The goal further boosted the team's confidence, and in the 33rd minute, Ana Papel received a pass from Dudinha, entered the penalty area and was brought down. In the second half, at the 4-minute mark, Yasmim Cardozo hit the post after a corner kick. The play made the Flamengo team's attitude clear: not to let up. At the 10-minute mark, Laura Mariah almost scored directly from a corner kick, and minutes later it was Alice's turn to head the ball, which grazed the post. Defensively solid, Flamengo managed the advantage, continued to create good opportunities, but couldn't find the net again. At the final whistle, a well-deserved victory and a confirmed lead.
