Flamengo/Marinha opens selection process for new athletes

The Brazilian Navy opened a selection process last Friday (10) to find new athletes in eight sports. Among the modalities available for registration, women's soccer opened two vacancies for defender, full-back, defensive midfielder, attacking midfielder and/or forward. The selected players will be able to join the Brazilian champion squad of Flamengo/Navy.

To be part of the selection, athletes must enter the website of the 1st Naval District Command and download the notice "Instructions for the registration of physical-military training professionals for voluntary military service (SMV) as enlisted personnel in the Navy." It is worth remembering that interested parties must register for Voluntary Military Service.

Registration will be carried out from February 21st to March 10th, 2017 in the following ways:

Residents of the metropolitan area of ​​Rio de Janeiro (Belford Roxo, Duque de Caxias, Guapimirim, Itaboraí, Itaguaí, Japeri, Magé, Maricá, Mesquita, Nilópolis, Niterói, Nova Iguaçu, Paracambi, Queimados, Rio de Janeiro, São Gonçalo, São João de Meriti, Seropédica and Tanguá) must deliver the documents to the Command of the 1st Naval District, located at Praça Mauá, nº 65 - Centro, in the Department of Recruitment and Naval Reserve, from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 11:30 am and 13:30 pm to 15:XNUMX pm.

Volunteers who reside outside the metropolitan area and are unable to attend the 1st Naval District Command must send the selection process documents to the Recruitment and Naval Reserve Department of the 1st Naval District Command (Praça Mauá, 65 – Centro – Rio de Janeiro – RJ, CEP 20081-240) within the same deadline.
