Flamengo's newly formed women's soccer team, created in partnership with the Brazilian Navy, has already won its first title. On Tuesday afternoon (October 20.10), at the Moça Bonita stadium in Bangu, the team defeated Barcelona 3-0 and became the Women's Adult State Champion. Barbara, in the first half, and Pamela, twice in the second half, scored the decisive goals.

With ten wins in 11 games, Flamengo/Marinha finished with 30 points in the league table, in first place overall, counting on the victory in the championship match.

The only defeat in the campaign was by WO, when the team decided not to play due to the regrettable and risky conditions of the João Francisco stadium's pitch for the integrity of the athletes.
