After three months without competitions, the Meninas da Gávea are back and fighting for another title. Debuting in the Campeonato Carioca this Saturday (16), at 15 pm, at Castelo Branco University, in Realengo, Flamengo/Marinha faces América-RJ. Entry is free.
In intense preparation since early August, the red-and-blacks maintained a similar squad to the one that competed in the Brazilian Championship. With Roberta Emilião and Tânia Maranhão out, coach Ricardo Abrantes' team will head into the State Championship focused on winning their third consecutive championship.
