The Flamengo/Marinha women's soccer team debuted in the Rio de Janeiro state championship with a result worthy of the Brazilian title they won last May. At Casa do Marinheiro, the red-and-black girls defeated Barra Mansa 10-0.

The goals were scored by Tatiana (3), Ana Carla (2), Rebeca (2), Michelle, Jane and Sirlany.

Flamengo/Marinha's next match is against Duque de Caxias, at their opponent's stadium, on July 03.07rd, in the second round of the Carioca Championship. On the 7th, the red-and-blacks face Vasco.
