Away from home, Flamengo/Marinha draws 1-1 with Internacional
Flávia scored the goal for Rubro-Negro in the first minute of the second half

In a match valid for the fifth round of the Brasileirão Feminino, Flamengo/Marinha drew with Internacional 1-1 this Wednesday (26), at SESC Campestre, in Porto Alegre. Center forward Flávia scored the goal for Mais Querido in the first minute of the second half.
O JOGO
The first half began with the home team looking to exchange passes in the attacking half. Flamengo/Marinha attempted to mount counterattacks to score. Internacional, with greater possession, sought to work plays down the flanks but were thwarted by the Flamengo's strong marking.
In the 27th minute, Inter created a dangerous opportunity with a close-range shot from inside the box. Goalkeeper Kaká made a great save and managed to prevent the goal. The Colorado team had two more clear chances to open the scoring, but Kaká was inspired and made excellent saves.
Flamengo/Marinha came back strong in the second half and opened the scoring in the first minute. Rafa Barros challenged the Colorado defense and the ball fell to Flávia, who only had to tap it over the goalkeeper: 1-0 Mengão!
After the goal, the red-and-black team relaxed more and began to value possession in the attacking half. In the 13th minute, Ana Carla received the ball on the left side of the box and shot. The ball went wide. In the 21st minute, Inter tied the game with a Byanca Brasil pass: 1-1.
Despite conceding the equalizer, the Meninas da Gávea didn't relinquish their attack and threatened. The Colorados also tried to press late and missed a few scoring opportunities. The game ended in a 1-1 draw, with Flamengo taking a point back to Rio de Janeiro.

The Girls from Gávea return to the field next Monday (31) to face Corinthians, in Rio de Janeiro.
