In the third round of the Carioca Feminino, Flamengo beat Vasco 3-0 on Wednesday morning (16), at the Nivaldo Pereira stadium. Crivelari, Graciela (own goal) and Laysa scored the red-black goals in Austin. With the victory, the Meninas da Gávea continue with 100% success in the State Championship.

The game
The derby started evenly, with both teams seeking possession. The Meninas da Gávea exchanged passes in midfield, trying to create space in Vasco's defense. With greater play, the red-and-black team prowled the opponent's box but struggled to make penetrative plays.

In the 35th minute, Mengão opened the scoring! Crivelari received the ball at the edge of the box and shot. The ball deflected off the Cruzmaltino defense and deceived the goalkeeper to make it 1-0. The first half ended with Flamengo in the lead, as they capitalized on their only good chance in attack.

After the break, the Meninas da Gávea continued their attack, looking for a second goal. In the fifth minute, Thais Regina sent a powerful cross that nearly went in. In the 10th minute, the Meninas da Gávea extended their lead. Fabi Simões crossed into the box, and Graciela headed the ball into her own net. An own goal, and the score was 2-0 for Mengão.

Throughout the game, Flamengo maintained control of possession and gave their opponents no chance. To seal the victory, Laysa scored the third goal in the 43rd minute. Leidiane found a beautiful pass to the number 31, who burst into the box and finished with style: 3-0. Mengão maintains its 100% record in the championship.
