Juliana is called up for the She Believes Tournament with the Women's Team

The midfielder was already with the Brazilian delegation and will head to the United States.

Flamengo/Marinha is the National Team once again! This Thursday (21), coach Vadão announced the 23 players who will travel to the She Believes Tournament, in the United States, to be played from February 27th. Among those called up is Juliana Ferreira, midfielder for Mais Querido. The competition is part of the preparation for the 2019 World Cup in France.

The national team will be based at Granja Comary in Teresópolis until February 22nd, before embarking for the tournament. It's worth noting that the women's squad has been training since January 14th, preparing for the World Cup, which will be held in France in June.

She Believes will visit three US cities: Philadelphia, Nashville, and Tampa. Besides Brazil, the United States, England, and Japan will also be competing. The competition format involves all teams competing against each other, and the winner is determined by a points-based round robin.
