Flamengo's sixth new signing for the 2022 season is Kika Brandino. The new Menina da Gávea, who played the last two years for Grêmio, signed and has already reported to CEFAN, where she underwent medical examinations and physical tests under the supervision of the club's women's soccer medical department. She arrives to bolster the club's midfield. 

A defensive midfielder with a strong grip and excellent tackling ability, Kika is skilled, dribbling with ease, and possesses a strong long pass. Before her time in Rio Grande do Sul (she played for Internacional), she also played for Portuguesa and São José. Fulfilling a long-held dream for the Red-Blacks, the athlete wants to make her debut soon and win a championship.

"Wearing the Sacred Mantle is a dream come true. I've always wanted to represent Flamengo. My expectations are the highest possible, and I'm really looking forward to getting on the field.
