Wednesday (31) saw another positive result for Flamengo/Marinha. In a duel valid for the last round of the Brazilian Women's Football Championship, the Meninas da Gávea beat Vitória-BA 3-0 at home, at the José Bastos Padilha stadium. Rubro-Negro was already classified for the next phase.

The first half started off evenly contested, with both teams studying each other closely. Creating more opportunities and scaring goalkeeper Mariana, Mais Querido (the most beloved team) improved their finishing with each new attempt.

In the 25th minute, top scorer Larissa capitalized on the best chance she had. After receiving a good pass up front, she made an individual move and unleashed a beautiful long-range shot, scoring a stunning goal and opening the scoring.

In the first minute of the second half, Ana invaded the box and Larissa was brought down, earning a penalty. The striker made no mistake and scored the second goal for the red-and-black team.

Dominating the action and controlling the tempo, it was Flávia's turn, in the 28th minute, to score and seal the lead for the Mais Querido, scoring after a corner kick taken by Michele. Flamengo/Marinha still had good chances to extend their lead, but closed the score at 3-0.

Flamengo is now focused on its next challenge. With the Brasileirão standings finalized, the Meninas da Gávea face Iranduba-AM, who finished second in Group 1. Dates, times, and locations will be announced by the CBF later.
