The girls from Gávea defeat Serrano 20-0 in the Women's Under-20 Carioca Championship
The red-black team maintained their intensity from start to finish and built up the elastic scoreboard naturally.

In a match valid for the fourth round of the Women's Under-20 Carioca, Flamengo applied a resounding thrashing over Serrano by 20 to 0, on the afternoon of this Saturday (14), in Gávea. Ingrid (4), Ana Papel, Maria Peck (2), Cecília, Anna Luiza (3), Alice, Leane (4), Duda Detori, Letícia Pinho (2) and Isabela Nunes scored the goals for Mengão.
The game
The match had barely begun when Flamengo opened the scoring after just two minutes. Isabela Nunes crossed into the box, Anna Luiza laid it off for Ingrid to slot past the goalkeeper: 1-0.
The red-and-black team continued to control possession and scored the second goal in the seventh minute. Ana Papel made a beautiful catch and found the top corner, leaving the goalkeeper with no chance: 2-0. Soon after, it was Maria Peck's turn to try her luck from distance and score the third goal of the match in just nine minutes.
The Gávea Girls didn't let up and extended their lead in the 12th minute. Ingrid took advantage of a cross into the box to beat the goalkeeper and score the fourth. Six minutes later, the Mais Querido scored the fifth with a header from Cecília: 5-0.
After the fifth goal, Cecília asked to leave the field and was replaced by Gaby Bastos. Despite the large lead, Mengão pushed forward in search of more. In the 29th minute, Ana Papel made a great play and passed the ball to her namesake Anna Luiza, who chipped it in for a 6-0 victory.
Serrano barely got the ball out and the red-blacks scored the seventh of the match with another great goal from Anna Luiza from outside the area, also with a lob: 7-0.
To round off the first half, the Meninas da Gávea scored four more goals, with Alice, Ingrid (2), and Maria Peck. The Red-Blacks went into halftime with an 11-0 lead. A standout performance was striker Ingrid, who scored four times.
In the second half, Leane received the ball alone in the box and hit a low shot into the corner to make it 12-0. In the 9th minute, Anna Luiza entered the box alone and shot into the goalkeeper's right corner: 13-0. It was the number 10's hat trick in the game.
The Girls from Gávea didn't slow down and extended their lead in the 14th minute. Anna Luiza passed to Alice, who made a beautiful cutback for Leane to hit a cross: 14-0. Seven minutes later, Leane again entered the area alone and scored another hat trick in the match: 15-0.
Right winger Leane came out swinging and scored her fourth goal in the 37th minute. After a run, she dribbled past the goalkeeper and scored her 16th goal. Duda Detori then extended the lead even further with a penalty kick: 17-0.
In the final minutes, the Meninas da Gávea scored three more goals to complete the rout. Letícia Pinho (twice) and Isabela Nunes completed the scoring in a grand 20-0 victory.
Next appointment
The Meninas da Gávea return to the field next Saturday (14) to face Botafogo, at 14:45 pm, at the Nilton Santos stadium, for the last round of the Carioca Feminino Sub-20.
