The Girls from Gávea took to the field this Saturday (12), faced the Duque de Caxias team and won the match by a landslide, 7-0. Daiane, Cristiane, Glaucia, Pimenta, Jucinara and Laysa (2) scored the goals. Now, Mengão will have a classic against Vasco next Wednesday (16) at 10 am.
The game
Flamengo started the match pressing, and after just 8 minutes, after a corner kick, the defense cleared the ball, and Daiane took the first shot to open the scoring. In the 19th minute, Glaucia took a long-range shot and nearly made it 2. In the next play, Djeni shot dangerously into the opposing goal.
The girls continued to put pressure on Duque de Caxias until they suffered a penalty, which Cristiane took and converted: 2-0.
Mengão capitalized on the momentum of the second goal to score their third. Núbia made a great play, dribbling past everyone and shooting. The ball deflected, and Glaucia only had to tap it into the net: 3-0. At the end of the first half, Laysa scored the fourth after a beautiful pass from Glaucia.
After the break, Glaucia finished and Pimenta scored the fifth on the rebound. The Girls began to manage the result until, in the 31st minute, Duda Rodrigues crossed and Laysa scored another for Rubro-Negro.
At 45', Jucinara hit from the middle of the street and closed the score at 7-0.
