In the second leg of the Brasileirão Feminino Sub-20 semifinal, the Meninas da Gávea beat Internacional 2-0, on Wednesday afternoon (6), at the Vale stadium, and qualified for the final of the competition. Pimenta and Duda Rodrigues scored for Mengão, who will face Botafogo in the final.  

The game
The match started with a well-thought-out approach, with both teams trying to keep possession. The opening minutes were a back-and-forth affair in midfield. Gradually, the Meninas da Gávea gained more control of the ball and began to attack. Then, in the 15th minute, Mengão opened the scoring! Mariana made a good run from the right side of the box and fired a cross-shot. The goalkeeper palmed it away, and Pimenta tapped it in: 1-0.

Flamengo extended their lead in the 26th minute. Mariana made a great play through the middle and delivered a precise pass to Duda Rodrigues, who beat the goalkeeper to score Flamengo's second goal: 2-0. The first half ended with a solid advantage for Mengão. This scoreline ensures the team from Gávea qualifies, as the first leg ended in a 1-1 draw in the Luso-Brasileiro.

After halftime, the game continued with intense midfield action. In the seventh minute, Internacional was awarded a penalty. Analuyza stepped up to take the penalty, and Isa Cruz excelled in saving the penalty.

As the match progressed, the Colorados continued to attack, pressing for the first goal. In the final stretch, the Meninas da Gávea managed to handle the Colorado pressure and left the field with a place in the final, where they will face Botafogo.
